Services
Each service starts from what you bring. Here is what sessions look like, and what they are not.

Family expectations
For adults caught between the family’s expectations and their own. Sessions look at the role you were given, what you owe and what you want. This is not about cutting anyone off, and it is not about giving in to everything.

Between two cultures
For people who live in one set of customs at home and another outside it. We talk about language, belonging and the parts of yourself you keep apart. I will ask what things mean to you, and I will not assume.

Grief, distance and caregiving
For losing someone, missing someone far away, or caring for a parent. Sessions make room for grief that has had no place to go, and for the daily weight of caregiving. Your pace sets the pace.

Couples and in-laws
For partners whose two families both have a say. Sessions with your partner look at how each of you learned to handle money, duty and conflict. I do not take sides.

Parenting across generations
For parents who want to raise their children on purpose, the same way or differently. Sessions are with the parents. I work with adults, and I do not see children.

Work, money and being the provider
For adults who carry the household’s money or feel their worth is measured by what they send home. Sessions look at work, money and duty, and how you decide what is yours to give. This is not financial advice.
